Now that the property is officially yours, there are a few important tasks to complete. Here’s what you need to do next:

1. Receive the Keys & Take Possession

  • If your property includes a house or building, coordinate with the seller or their representative to:
  • Schedule a walkthrough to confirm everything is as expected.
  • Receive all keys, gate remotes, and security codes.
  • Get instructions for any special property features or maintenance requirements.
2. Transfer Utilities & Services

To avoid service interruptions, update the ownership details for:

Electricity & Water: Contact the local service providers to transfer the accounts and update ownership.
